After looking at the staff list, I've decide to offer coaching role to Brian McClair (he's a youth coach before) because they were short on coaching staff.

After 1 friendly with Man Utd Reserves, I try to bid for David Villa. Valencia were asking for a bumper 104M (UK Pound Sterling). After further negotiation, they accept my 65M bid + Michael Carrick. Unfortunately, Carrick didn't accept Valencia's offer and the deal falls through. Even after transfer listed, Carrick doesn't seems to be interested in a move to valencia.

After giving so much thought on who should I sign, I've decided to sign a striker, Edin Dzeko for 19.5M. And this is my result for friendly matches, before Community Shield game against Chelsea. And Rooney were leading the scoring chart with 24 goals and 7 assists in 8 games.

There's only 1 game which gave me a thriller. A 2-2 draw against Napoli which they took full advantage of my high defensive line to score 2 goals and lead 2-1. After pulling my defensive line back to deep, then we start controlling the game and scores the equaliser. We move to the tactical settings later.

For the start let me introduce myself. I am Zuhairi. And the sole purpose of this blog will be about Football Manager 2010 which I will post every single details about my game. I've decided to start a new game using Manchester United for this time. Some other time, I'll test using a lower league team. The patch will be 10.1.1 (the second patch).
